Roya- Medical Vision Drug Store Company is seeking for a creative “Promotion Team Leader” to maximize sales of designated company products in the assigned territory, Deliver persuasive sales presentations in order to change prescribing habits in line with appropriate use of products.

Promotion Team Leader Responsibilities;

Maintain and enhance Medical knowledge, products knowledge, company developments, customers, and competitors.
Establish good working relationship with internal/external stakeholders (at all levels)
Proactively seek new business opportunities and untapped account potential
Track account sales and provide accurate territory forecast (sales, penetration rates and market share)
Effective management of the team including training and personal development in terms of ongoing training, coaching and counselling through regular field visits.

Promotion Team Leader Requirements;

Degree in pharmacy.
5-10 years’ experience in related field.
Strong organizational and decision making skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Promotional awareness.
Ability to teach and mentor.
Relationship building diplomacy.
Innovation.
Strategic thinking and acting.
Valid driver’s license.
