JOB TYPE: FULL-TIME (INHOUSE)
LOCATION: IRBID
EXPERIENCE: 5-10 YEARS
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Manage daily operations to meet the quality and objectives of the projects
· Set up, configure and administrate the project management platform of the company – Jira Work Management.
· Oversee the development of the project and ensure that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently.
· Draft new and improve existing project management office policies and processes.
· Evaluate projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhere to budgets, and meet deadlines.
· Document the project’s creation, development, and execution as well as the project’s scope, budget, and justification.
· Manage and deploy resources considering the project’s priorities
· Develop the QMS of the organization starting with gap analysis, writing procedures, and implementing them
· Providing technical support and ensure on the job training of the team members

· Proven project management experience.
· Familiarity with project management platforms (Jira, Smartsheet)

· Degree in Business administration, or related fields.
