Title:
Excellence and Process Management Engineer
The Business Process Excellence Engineer/Operations Specialist/Industrial Operations Engineer is responsible for using analytical and quantitative methods to carry out business process re-engineering. He/She is responsible for analyzing performance, identifying problems, and developing proposals and recommendations.
Responsibilities
Adapt the latest technology to support team operations improvement activities.
Align resource management (manpower and asset) strategy with business strategy across different business activities.
Analyse risks associated with different approaches to process changes.
Analyse the costs and benefits of the current business processes within warehouse operations.
Develop alternatives to enhance operational policies, standards, and procedures.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering.
0 to 2 years experience in warehouse quality management systems ( ISO 9001 – ISO 45000 – ISO 22000 )
Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
