Abu Khader Automotive is looking for a Service Consultant to join the team.
Job Details:
We are looking for a Highly Talented Team Member to join the team. The Service Consultant will be responsible for receiving the vehicles into the workshop in addition to coordinating with customers until delivery of the car. He/she is also expected to provide ideal, excellent and high standard customer service with superior quality to the customers.
Qualifications:
B.Sc. in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering or any related field.
1-3 years related experience in Automotive field.
Skills and Competencies:
Refined communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and prioritization and analytical skills.
Time management, efficient and effective, ability to work under pressure in
order to meet deadlines.
Problem solving and analytical thinking.
Strong computer skills and proficiency with MS products.
Good command of English and Arabic-Written and Spoken.
Location: Jordan, Amman
