Job Brief:
Responsible for keeping front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material, greeting and welcoming visitors in a professional manner, in addition to answering questions and addressing complaints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner and inform company personnel of visitor arrival
- Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper, …etc.)
- Answer costumers’ questions and address complaints
- Give visitors badges and direct them to where they can sign in as per the internal policies
- Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
- Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Keep updated records and files

Requirements
Education:
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any other related field.
Level of Experience:
Limited Experience in Customer Service.
Technical Skills & Knowledge:
- Excellent communication skills both spoken and written
- Good command of English language both speaking and writing
- Good problem solving skills
- Good knowledge of customer care methods
- Basic command of computer skills (MS Office)
