Job description:
JOB PURPOSE:To analyseand prepare monthly and quarterly financial resultsof specified entities to confirm they comply with financial regulations and internal policies which impact the group results.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: DescriptionPolicies, Processes & Procedures
- Follows all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructionsso thatworkiscarried outin acontrolled and consistentmannerDay- to-day operationsFollowsthe day-to-dayoperationsrelatedto ownjob toensurecontinuityofworkJob Specific Accountabilities
- Analyzes and performs monthly transactions and reports to reconcile with external parties.
- Examines actual figures to confirm compliance with the budget.Tracks and processes accounts, in compliance with financial policies and procedures to avoid misstatements. Reconciled ledgers and ensure that all payments have been accounted and posted properly to avoid fluctuations and misstatements.
- Analyzes and prepares reports to higher level of managementto keep the management posted.Continuous Improvement
- Contributes to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices considering ‘in ternational best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivityimprovementReporting
- Assists in the preparation of timely and accurate reports of Finance to meet company and departmentrequirements,policies,and standards

- Complies with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures, and controlsto ensure a healthyand safeworkenvironmentRelated Assignments

- QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS: Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, or any related field, preferably with a masters.
- Minimum Experience:0-3years of experience in Corporate Financeor relevant experience in the banking sector.
