Your day to day
1. Responsible for the preparation of the Hotel internal promotional material under the supervision of Director of Sales & Marketing.
2. Supervise directly and indirectly all promotional materials in and outside the Hotel.
3. Coordinate functions and activities with other department as assigned.
4. Ensure that the new corporate identity system of Crowne Plaza Amman is implemented, consistently and correctly in all area.
5. Follows up with the advertising agency for all related matters and promotional material of the Hotel under the direct supervision of the Director of Sales & Marketing.
6. Carries out all assigned duties in the time limit provided.
7. Review the stock of the promotional material available and recommends re-printing.
8. Maintains his office to the standards acceptable by the Hotel.
9. Carries out special projects and assignments as given by the Director of Sales & Marketing
10. Complies with Hotel’s health, safety and hygiene policy.
11. Establishes and maintains an effective report with the Hotels FNB artist.
