A leading organization operating within a dynamic manufacturing environment is seeking to hire an experienced and highly motivated Assistant HR Manager to support and enhance all aspects of Human Resources operations. Key Responsibilities:
Manage attendance records and workforce administration activities.
Support payroll processing while ensuring compliance with Social Security and tax regulations.
Handle employee relations matters and assist in resolving employee concerns and grievances.
Participate in recruitment activities and workforce planning processes.
Support training and development programs and contribute to performance management initiatives.
Assist in implementing employee engagement and well-being programs aimed at enhancing workplace satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Support audit preparation activities and maintain HR-related documentation and records.
Prepare HR reports, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and contribute to organizational development initiatives.
Coordinate and support daily HR operations while maintaining effective communication across departments.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
Strong knowledge of Jordanian Labor Law, Social Security regulations, payroll, and employee relations.
Experience in compliance audits and migrant worker management is an advantage.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
PHRI or SHRM certification is a plus.
