Job Title : Digital Transformation Officer (DTO)
Reports to: Head of Digital Transformation and Strategy

Job Function:
Support the implementation of digital transformation initiatives, focusing on process automation, performance reporting, and KPI tracking.
Duties:
– Assist in identifying and implementing process automation tools to enhance operational efficiency.
– Coordinate the execution of digital transformation initiatives as directed by the Head of Digital Transformation.
Monitor and document the progress of digital initiatives, ensuring timely reporting on– performance and results.
– Generate and maintain detailed reports and dashboards to track KPIs and highlight areas for improvement.
– Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to facilitate the adoption of digital solutions.
– Conduct research on emerging digital technologies and trends to provide actionable insights.
– Support a culture of process improvement and operational excellence within the organization.
Skills:
– Proficiency in process automation tools (e.g., RPA, workflow automation platforms).
– Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Excel).
– Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
– Familiarity with digital transformation frameworks and performance measurement techniques.
– Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications:
– Education: Bachelor’s degree in information technology related field.
– Experience: 1–4 years of experience in process automation, data analysis, or digital transformation support roles.
– Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with automation tools, data analytics platforms, and enterprise systems.
