Extensya is hiring a Social Media Specialist/Supervisor the following are the requirements :
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field
Experience:
- Proven experience in social media management, preferably in a professional or business setting.
- Familiarity with managing various social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
- Experience with social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to inform strategy.
- Demonstrated ability to create engaging content tailored to specific audiences and platforms.
- Experience with social media advertising and campaign management is often desired.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and practices can be beneficial for optimizing content for search engines.
- Experience in community management, including responding to comments, and messages, and engaging with followers.
Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and concise messages.
- Strong understanding of branding principles and the ability to maintain brand consistency across all social media channels.
- Creativity and the ability to generate innovative ideas for content and campaigns.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design software like Adobe Photoshop or Canva can be advantageous.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Adaptability and willingness to stay updated with the latest trends and changes in social media algorithms and platforms.
