🌟 JOB OPPORTUNITY: Senior Sales Supervisor/Sales Supervisor 🌟
Location: Amman/Irbid

🔹 Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and guide sales team to achieve sales targets.
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing queries and complaints promptly.
Implement sales strategies and promotions, ensuring they align with company goals.
Monitor inventory and provide feedback to purchasing department.
Conduct regular team meetings for performance reviews and training.
🔹 Qualifications:

Previous experience in a retail sales supervisory role (minimum 3 years).
Proven track record of achieving sales quotas.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
Ability to analyze sales data and derive insights.
