Call Center Agent

tebcan.com a leading company working in digital health is looking to recruit “Call Center Agent”

Responsibilities:

Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward patients at all times.

Communicate with customers through various channels.

Book patient appointments / medical surgeries with doctors in the network.

Respond promptly to patients’ inquiries.

Keep records of patient comments and complaints.

Ensure patient satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Ability to work in different time shifts.

Holds a Bachelor’s degree in BA / Marketing or any related field.

Fresh graduate or 1 year experience in the same field.

Presentable and able to communicate with patients.

Preferably to has a medical background.

Requirements:

· Amman resident.
