Innovation Hub Manager

Main Mission :

– Managing the innovation hub of Orange Jordan and sustain the hub activities after the grants.

– Responsible for all innovation hub facilities including activities and events.

– Responsible of creativity and innovation workshops & sessions to produce novel ideas, that can set orange Jordan on top of the innovation chart in the region.

– Setting innovation hub objectives and roadmaps.

– Managing the training plans of the innovation hub with the learning manager.

– Managing needed partnerships to support the unit.

– Managing and supporting all unit staff.

– Ensure knowledge of safety and follow the machines instructions of usage.

– Establish performance goals & evaluation for the staff and students.

– Ensure flawless movement of students to practical life.

Education & Experience :

– Bachelor in IT , Engineering (electronics, mechatronics, mechanical or product design).

– 5+ years experience.

– MBA is a plus.

– Interest in the theme of innovation hubs and their challenges.

– Knowledge and use of numerically controlled machines (milling machine, laser engraver, 3D printers).

– Skills in open source 2D and 3D digital design tools, software development (Processing, Pure Data, Open Framework…) and electronics (Arduino, RaspberryPi).
