Job Title: Junior Maintenance Engineer (0-1 Year Experience)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Junior Maintenance Engineer to join our team in a textile manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on wide range of production and sweing machines
Diagnose and repair mechanical components including belts, bearings, gears, cams, and linkages
Assist in troubleshooting pneumatic systems
Collaborate with the maintenance team to minimize machine downtime
Document maintenance activities and support continuous improvement initiatives
Follow safety procedures and report issues proactively
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field
0-1 year of hands-on maintenance experience (fresh graduates are welcome)
Familiarity with mechanical components and mechanisms
Understanding of pneumatic systems is essential
Knowledge in mechatronics is a plus
Good troubleshooting and communication skills
Willingness to learn and work in a team environment
willing to get hands dirty
