Female HR officer is needed at Cenomi Group – Jordan!
Qualifications:
* Bachelor degree in Business, Human Resources/ any relevant bachelor’s degree.
* 1 to 2 years experience in human resources or any related position.
* Excellent verbal & written in English
* Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and database management.
* Superb spoken communication skills.
* Skilled in multitasking, prioritization, and effective time management.
* Creative problem solver thriving in challenging situations.
* Exceptional people-person with a professional attitude.
* Goal-oriented team player with strong organizational abilities.
* Strong interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching skills, coupled with superb spoken communication abilities.
* Knowledgeable about employment laws and best practices.
Key responsibilities:
* Conducting recruitment processes to attract and hire qualified employees.
* Managing employee onboarding, including orientation and training programs.
* Administering and maintaining employee records and HR databases.
* Implementing and enforcing HR policies and procedures in compliance with retail industry standards.
* Handling employee relations, addressing conflicts, and facilitating resolution.
* Conducting performance reviews and providing constructive feedback to improve employee performance.
* Managing benefits administration, including health insurance and other retail-specific perks.
* Collaborating with management to develop workforce planning and retention strategies.
* Keeping abreast of retail industry trends and adjusting HR strategies accordingly.
* Ensuring compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and ethical standards in the retail sector.
