We are hiring a (Female) Customer Service representative with a 1-2 years of experience in similar field.

Must be professional in English
both orally and in writing (English), with Good knowledge of Microsoft office.

Job Description:

• Receive the orders from the customer
• Initiates and completes the selection process for the online orders of customers.
• Communicate with customers and response to their calls in a professional and timely manner.
• Processes all the order through the POS (Point of sale) system.
• Work closely with the management to provide updated content that will be shared across e-Commerce platforms.
• Follow up on the delivery of products to customers through shipping companies.
• Updating customer information.
• Follow with the management to solve customers’ problems and raise satisfaction level
• Meets and exceeds the expectations of customers for easy shopping.
