We are hiring a (Female) Customer Service representative with a 1-2 years of experience in similar field.
Must be professional in English
both orally and in writing (English), with Good knowledge of Microsoft office.
Job Description:
- Receive the orders from the customer
- Initiates and completes the selection process for the online orders of customers.
- Communicate with customers and response to their calls in a professional and timely manner.
- Processes all the order through the POS (Point of sale) system.
- Work closely with the management to provide updated content that will be shared across e-Commerce platforms.
- Follow up on the delivery of products to customers through shipping companies.
- Updating customer information.
- Follow with the management to solve customers’ problems and raise satisfaction level
- Meets and exceeds the expectations of customers for easy shopping.
