THE ROLE
Based on the recent partnership with Jordan’s Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship (MODEE), we are welcoming applications from graduates specializing in IT and Telecommunications for future roles as we continue to expand our Global Operations Centre in Jordan.
In Jordan, we deliver and manage business solutions for airlines, airports, GDS, government, and other customers over the world’s most extensive network, which forms the communications backbone of the global air transport industry We provide Customers with a single and professional interface for all their support requests, and by taking ownership of their issues until resolution, ensure that our Customers are fully satisfied with every interaction. Our integrated Service Desk is the first point of contact for all customers and provide consistent Incident Management for all SITA services
Our Global Operations Centre supports over 300 airports and airlines across the world. You will be providing support to internal and external customers and owning incident management resolution while working with different teams. You will have a key role in influencing customer satisfaction by the way you interact with the customers.
Qualifications
TO APPLY YOU WILL NEED TO MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:
Graduated with a degree in IT or Telecommunications
Basic knowledge and understanding of Desktop and Network services protocols.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English and Arabic
A solution driven attitude that wants to deliver the best for our customers.
Customer service experience in a help desk or call center environment and/or travel the industry is advantageous.
