KABS FitFactory is looking for an Nutritional Supplements Indoor Sales Consultant to join our team immediately in Amman .
Qualifications / skills:
· Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.
· Deal directly with customers either by face to face, telephone, or electronically.
· Keep records of customers interactions and transactions.
· Record details of actions taken.
· Manage customers’ accounts.
· Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
· Prepare and distribute customer activity reports.
· Handle and resolve customer complaints.
· Follow up on customer interactions.
· Good selling techniques (consultative selling, persuasion and deal closing.
· Good command in MS office.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Good command of English language both speaking and writing.
Education and experience Requirement:
· Bachelor’s degree in a Business Administration or related filed.
· A minimum of 2 years in Nutritional Supplements sales experience .
