The Customer Service Agent facilitates the relationship between the company and customers by interacting with customers and is responsible for taking down orders and answering customer inquiries, providing service information, resolving any emerging problems that customers may encounter, and representing the company in the best possible way.
Requirements:
Flexibility to work different shifts (including evenings, weekends or holidays)
Under 2 years of experience in customer service and sales.
Excellent listening skills, empathetic voice and manner
Dedication to customer satisfaction
Basic knowledge of computer software and office systems
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
