We are hiring Collection Officer
Requirement:
– Education: Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or any related field.
– Experience: Minimum 0 – 1 Years of experience.
Required Skills :
– Good in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)
– Good communication skills.
– Good Spoken and Written English.

Responsibilities :
– Keep track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts.
– Plan course of action to recover outstanding payments.
– Locate and contact debtors to inquire of their payment status.
– Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans.
– Handle complaints
– Investigate and resolve discrepancies.
– Create trust relationships with debtors when possible, to avoid future issues
– Update account status and database regularly
– Comply with requirements when legal action is unavoidable if you are.
