Additional desirable skills and knowledge include;
- Knowledge of counter-terrorism legislation and sanctions on humanitarian assistance.
- Proficiency in Arabic is desirable
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of U.S. Export Regulations is desirable.
