Position Summary

You’ll be responsible of supporting Sales function through preparation & providing required Sales reports & Analysis, and ensure all master data are up to date Planning & Executing TTS activities in CRM.

A day in the life of…

Prepare all Sales reports (daily, weekly, monthly) to enable management and Sales department to monitor day-to-day sales operations.
Record all trade promotional activities into CRM and prepare monthly report about the trade activities and open accruals.
Prepare all data and templates required for monthly meetings, MBPC and/or for HO reporting.
Prepare monthly Sales Targets by Salesmen by channel and the calculation of Sales force incentive payout.
Ensure Customer data & Customer Hierarchy maintenance & cleansing / Material extension.
Ensure that all customer BDAs are adhering to commercial policy and are signed and saved/archived properly.
Follow-up with sales teams and ensure that credit notes are submitted on time with supporting documents and inform Management on any delays or issues.
Ensure that all Credit notes are processed and follow-up with sales team on dispute cases.
Price list communication / product listing & delisting circulation / Monthly Promotion circulation.
Ensure strict adherence and compliance on all activities undertaken.
