Job Objective:
The main objective of this position is to ensure that the technical documentation related to products complies with the applicable regulatory requirements. The role involves reviewing key technical and quality documents and following up on recommendations resulting from product quality reviews.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
Candidates interested in this opportunity should meet the following requirements:
A BSc. degree in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, or another scientific-related field.
2–3 years of experience in Research and Development (R&D) or Quality Assurance (QA).
Previous experience in preparing Quality Product Reviews.
Excellent command of both English and Arabic.
Good computer skills.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
The Scientific Affairs Officer will be responsible for a range of activities related to product quality documentation, technical file review, and supplier evaluation, including:
Preparing Quality Product Reviews and following up on the recommendations resulting from these reviews.
Reviewing product technical documentation, including stability studies, analytical method validation, and comparative dissolution.
Reviewing the API Drug Master File.
Reviewing internal technical and quality documents, including raw material specifications, finished product specifications, and methods of analysis.
Reviewing the annual supplier evaluation.

The position requires a scientific background relevant to the role, together with practical experience in R&D or QA and familiarity with the preparation and review of product quality documentation. Strong Arabic and English language skills, along with good computer skills, are also listed among the required qualifications.
