:About the Role
The Sales Engineer will be responsible for supporting the company’s commercial objectives through the development of sales strategies, management of customer and supplier relationships, identification of new business opportunities, and coordination of sales activities throughout the entire sales cycle.
The successful candidate will work closely with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure efficient operations, customer satisfaction, and sustainable business growth.
:Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales plans designed to achieve business and revenue targets.
Build, maintain, and expand relationships with key customers and suppliers.
Identify new customers, projects, products, and potential business opportunities.
Lead commercial negotiations related to pricing, quantities, payment terms, and delivery conditions.
Manage the complete sales process, starting from customer inquiries and quotations through order execution and follow-up.
Coordinate with Purchasing, Logistics, Finance, and Technical teams to ensure smooth business operations.
Provide professional product support and technical assistance in collaboration with the Technical Team.
Follow up on customer satisfaction, complaints, product samples, approvals, and post-sales activities.
Monitor market developments and identify commercially viable raw materials and products.
Prepare sales reports, customer visit reports, and regular performance updates for management.

Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields:
Chemical Engineering
Pharmacy
Any related discipline
:Experience Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or a similar professional role.
Experience in raw materials, chemicals, industrial fragrance products, or related industries is highly preferred.
