Retail Sales Student/Intern
We are searching for a committed, self-driven Sales Intern to join our excellent Sales team. The Sales Intern will be required to accomplish all tasks assigned by the supervisor, which may include conducting market research, identifying business opportunities, managing email campaigns, generating sales leads, making cold calls, participating in meetings, and assisting the Sales department wherever possible. He/she must be open to take instructions, but also work unsupervised when required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Learn to and implement market research.
- Learn and apply sales techniques.
- Research and generate lists of potential customers.
- Conduct visits to customers and companies to present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Update documents and sales records.
Requirements:
- Enrolled in an undergraduate university degree program (First academic year must be completed).
- Majors: Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Finance and Banking, Accounting, or other relevant field with a minimum of (good) GPA’s academic rating.
- A professional appearance.
- Ability to remain calm in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Very good command of English and Arabic (oral and written).
- Good MS office skills especially Excel.
- Constructive team player.
