Telesales Representative
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Telesales Representative to join our team at Siraj.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact and follow up with leads generated through marketing and sales campaigns.
- Answer and manage incoming calls from potential clients and leads.
- Build and maintain strong communication with prospects to ensure engagement.
- Provide accurate information about our services and address inquiries professionally.
- Support the sales pipeline and maximizing conversion opportunities.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions, follow-ups, and campaign results (CRM).
- Provide regular updates on client feedback, lead progress, and conversion outcomes.
Requirements:
· Diploma in any related field.
· Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or a similar role.
· Track record of closing sales successfully.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to manage multiple leads and follow up effectively.
· Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
· Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
