ERP Project Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion ERP project manager with a strong background in finance operations and ERP implementation to lead our Oracle fusion ERP deployment.
This role will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end implementation process, ensuring alignment with business objectives and processes, training and driving adoption across the company.
Qualifications:
5-8 years of project management experience in ERP implementations preferably working with Oracle fusion ERP.
Strong finance and accounting background.
Proven track record in leading full-cycle Oracle fusion modules.
Familiarity with Data cleansing, migration, integration, and customization within Oracle fusion.
Strong understanding of business process transformation and ERP best practices.
Skills and Competencies:
Project management
Finance and operations knowledge.
Technical understanding and the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams
Ability to identify roadblocks and proactively develop solutions
Experience in user adoption and training strategies and post go-live support
