Warehouse Manager
Main Roles & Responsibilities:
Supervising day-to-day warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
Ensuring proper handling, loading, and unloading of materials.
Organizing warehouse layout for maximum efficiency and safety.
Monitoring stock levels and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
Implementing inventory control techniques such as FIFO (First In, First Out) and LIFO (Last In, First Out).
Conducting regular stock audits and reconciling discrepancies.
Managing warehouse staff, including training, performance evaluation, and Assigning tasks to ensure
productivity and efficiency.
Following the health and safety regulations.
Overseeing the movement of goods in and out of the warehouse.
Managing the documentation for receiving, and inventory tracking.
Enforcing safety protocols to prevent workplace accidents.
Ensuring warehouse operations comply with legal and company regulations.
Optimizing warehouse operations to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
Preparing reports for senior management on warehouse operations and performance.
Minimum Requirements:
BSc in supply chain or warehouse management or any related field
At least 3 to 5 years of experience as warehouse manager
Excellent communication & leadership skills
MS Office/Dynamics Knowledge
English fluency
Age not exceeding 35 year
