Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Sahab for a Junior Human Resources Generalist. The Junior Human Resources Generalist will play a vital role in supporting various HR functions within the organization. Responsibilities include providing administrative assistance, aiding in recruitment processes, facilitating new hire onboarding, managing employee relations matters, supporting HR initiatives and projects, assisting in development of HR policies and with benefits administration, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and contributing to HR reporting and data analysis. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about human resources to gain valuable experience and make meaningful contributions to the organization’s HR efforts.
Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in Human Resources
Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
Experience in employee benefits and benefits administration
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office/G-Suite and HR software (SAP,Oracle, MENAITECH) is a plus
