Position: Accountant
Industry: Pharmaceuticals
Job Location: Amman, Jordan
Duties and Responsibilities:
Record daily entries.
Record account payables daily entries.
Record the monthly closing entries.
Archive all financial documents.
Follow up all income tax payments and social security issues for companies.
Review and book salaries statements produced by HR.
Follow up purchasing requisitions and participate to procurement.
Filling (Journal Entries & Payment Vouchers)
Prepare monthly bank reconciliation.
Follow up payments and transfers from / to company accounts.
Maintain Petty Cash & Bookkeeping
Review and issue suppliers’ payments.
Assist the Senior accountant in Manage and control stock (i.e. physical inventory).
Job Requirements:
2 years’ experience in pharmaceutical industry.
Education: BSc. in Accounting from a reputable university.
It is preferable to have experience in using Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009.
Excellent communication skills.
computer skills (MS Excel, Word, and Outlook).
Fluent in English.
