Leading COMPANY in the field of HVAC business Co is seeking to recruit highly motivated and enthusiastic Engineers in the following position:
Technical Design Officer Engineer (Job code: TDO /1031):
− Handles all inquirers received from sales department, visits projects and calculates, design under floor hating systems and Central Air Conditioning and any other requirements related to projects under supervision of department manager.
− Conducts regular visits to project sites for supervision and supervises the installations.
− Provides consultations to customers regarding their requirements and problems
− Supervises the technician work during the implementation process.
− Conducts sales visits for prospects clients and prepare a reports with the results of visits’ ; if needed
− Handles customer complaints with coordination with other department if needed
− Checks with warehouse of the equipment need before and during project implementation phase.
− Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
Minimum Education, Experience and Skills for both position:
− Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Equivalent
− Minimum two years’ experience in design and supervision of HVAC systems
− Good command of English, Arabic language
− Strong relationship builder, presentation skills, consultative selling skills
− Dynamic, aggressive and have outgoing personality
− Communication skills
− Excellent command of CAD and computer skills
