منسق خدمة العملاء والاتصال

المسمى الوظيفي

التواصل مع العملاء المحتملين وشرح جميع الخدمات بشكل مقنع

جدولة لقاء مع العميل لفهم احتياجاته وربطه بفريق العمل

التأكد من تقديم الخدمة للعميل بأفضل جودة وفي الموعد المحدد.

متابعة تفاعلات العملاء والاقتراحات والملاحظات وإعداد تقارير دورية عنها.

مساعدة فريق العمل في البحث عن محتوى مناسب لمنصات التواصل الاجتماعي.

إجراء التسويق عبر الهاتف والتسويق عبر البريد الإلكتروني وفقًا لجدول زمني محدد مسبقًا.

تلقي شكاوى العملاء والعمل على إيجاد الحلول لها بالتعاون مع فريق العمل.

تقديم مقترحات لتحسين وتحديث أدوات العمل حسب الحاجة

(1-2) سنة في التسويق عبر الهاتف والاعتدال في خدمة العملاء

معرفة جيدة في التسويق عبر البريد الإلكتروني

التحدث والكتابة باللغة الإنجليزية.

مفكر مبدع شغوف بالتسويق عبر الإنترنت ومنصات التواصل الاجتماعي والمواضيع الشائعة والأفكار المتعلقة بالعمل.
