Automation Developer (UiPath)

Job Description

Understanding business and technical requirements; develop, document, and implement solution designs.Robotics development including solution architecture.Modelling and developing out robotic processes during the project development stage.Updating and maintaining Developer Standards around RPA best practices.Mentoring and guiding peers via code reviews, dev sessions and pair-programming.Investigating and documenting better practices/alternative solutions that could be used in future development.Work with other developers, architects, engineers, database administrators, business analysts, QA and delivery leads in project delivery and solving technical issues.Hands on delivery of solutions throughout the entire life cycle, including day-to-day management of ongoing engagements.Ensure that deliverables meet or exceed functional, technical, and performance requirements.Support the implementation of RPA solutions

Skills

Minimum 4 years of experience in RPA development role (UiPath).
Understanding business and technical requirements; develop, document, and implement solution designs.
Work with other developers, architects, engineers, database administrators, business analysts, QA and delivery leads in project delivery and solving technical issues.
Hands on delivery of solutions throughout the entire life cycle, including day-to-day management of ongoing engagements.
Must be able to multitask and willing to work on multiple projects at a given time.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable interacting with business stakeholders and external clients.
Ability to work to deadlines and manage expectations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
UiPath certifications
Experience leading client facing teams
Experience of Azure
DevOps experience (CI/CD etc.)
Coding/programming experience in any of the following: .NET 3.5 and higher (C#, ASP.NET), VBA, HTML, JavaScript, Java, Python, PHP, etc.
