Job Title:Digital Marketing Manager

Job Summary:
This role requires someone with expertise in Meta (Facebook & Instagram) platforms, digital marketing strategies, and e-commerce management.
The ideal candidate will have META certification, strong experience in paid advertising, page sponsorships, and e-commerce platforms. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for digital marketing, this is an excellent opportunity to make an impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram), along with other relevant platforms.
- Manage and grow social media channels by creating, scheduling, and posting engaging content, including posts, stories, videos, and ads.
- Plan, run, and optimize sponsored campaigns (ads) to achieve marketing goals, such as increasing website traffic and boosting conversions.
- Monitor and analyze social media campaign performance using analytics tools, and provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay updated with platform trends and algorithm changes on Meta and other platforms to ensure optimal campaign performance.
- Oversee and maintain e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate product listings, pricing, availability, and compelling product descriptions.
- Optimize product pages with SEO-friendly content, high-quality images, and clear, concise product information to drive sales and improve user experience.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns for the e-commerce site, including discounts, flash sales, and seasonal offers to boost revenue.
- Analyze e-commerce performance (e.g., traffic, conversion rates, sales) and make data-driven recommendations for improving sales and customer experience.
- Provide customer support by addressing e-commerce-related inquiries via social media and other customer service channels.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram) and e-commerce platforms.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including social media management, page sponsorships, and paid advertising.
- Expertise in SEO, analytics tools, and conversion rate optimization.
- Creative content creation skills with an eye for engaging visuals and storytelling.
- Excellent communication, customer engagement, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with email marketing tools and strategies.
- META certification is a plus.
