Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of customer care representatives.
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and concerns.
- Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall customer experience.
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer service supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Ability to analyze data and generate insightful reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
