A well-known Engineering Company in Amman is looking for an “Office Coordinator”to join their team
Key Responsibilities:
– Handling all reception tasks
– Welcome and greet visitors
– Answer and forward incoming phone calls
– Monitoring and evaluating user-generated content, ensuring its compliance with the company’s specified policies and guidelines.
– Communicate with users in a courteous and effective manner, addressing their inquiries and providing assistance as needed.
-Coordinate the reporting process with our technical staff
Key Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s /diploma degree in business administration or any related field.
– 0-2 year experience.
– Good command of English.
– Excellent communication skills.
– Experience in using Outlook, and MS office.
