Job Description

The role holder will be responsible for developing loyalty programs for various segments and define the roadmap for the different programs. The job also includes handling and managing the program on an ongoing basis, managing program performance against operating plans, coordinating with different external partners and departments, all with the aim of enhancing customers’ loyalty. 
Role and Responsibilities
 

  • Responsible for proactive relationship building with Customers and Network.
  • Build and maintain and attractive loyalty network to increase active base and enhance loyalty on Zain cash.
  • Build Customer Satisfaction Program.
  • Innovate and develop new ways to achieve high levels of customer loyalty.
  • Increase average order and customer count via customer loyalty programs.
  • Track any customer complaints related to the program and solve the problem in a timely manner.  In addition, develop customer service policies and standards within the loyalty program to ensure the highest customer satisfaction levels. 
  • Perform other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct supervisor.
  • Executing activities according to the organizational security policies.
  • Accessing and/ or modifying systems, applications, and information as allowed by the owner.
  • Performing data mining processes to explore data, identify patterns and establish relationships related to areas including forecasting potential subscribers and churn rate, customer segmentation, subscribers’ behavior profiling…etc.

What Do You Need to Qualify

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or any related field.
  • 3 -5 years’ Experience of relevant experience.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of social media advertising and influencer marketing.
