Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead a team of Call Center Agents to ensure smooth operations, adherence to protocols, and achievement of performance targets.
Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to Call Center Agents for their continuous growth and development.
Monitor and evaluate agent performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to maintain a high level of service quality.
Manage escalated customer issues and complaints, ensuring effective resolution and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with other supervisors and management to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and enhance overall call center performance.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a call center environment, with demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and tact.
Adaptability to a dynamic work environment and ability to make informed decisions quickly.
