مطلوب مشرف مستودع للعمل لدى شركة طيبة للصناعات الغذائية

We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in ” Al-Hallabat (Zarqa) “

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency, with customer satisfaction being the primary goal, by supervising, organizing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operation goals.
• Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory management, gate processes, and shipping.
• Train and manage the warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals.
• Oversee daily operations, while controlling and managing inventory and logistics.
• Review and prepare workflow, manning and space requirements, equipment layout, and action plans while ensuring productivity, quality, and customer service standards are met.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations.
• Plan, organize, supervise and participate in daily warehouse operations and activities, including the receipt, documentation, storage, safety, and distribution of equipment and supplies and maintenance of inventory
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods
• Monitor and maintain stock accuracy by ensuring the physical stock is in line with the warehouse management system and ensure all stock movements are recorded to ensure accuracy
• Other related duties could be assigned based on the direct manager’s request.

Qualifications:

• 5 to 7 years of related experience in warehousing.
• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, supply chain, logistics, or Management.
• Excellent Analytical skills.
• Experience in leading teams.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Very Good in the English Language.
• Excellent in MS office, Excel, and PowerPoint are a must.
• Experience in using ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Flexibility to work in different locations within the Kingdom, the main location will be in Hallabat.
• Flexibility to work in different shifts.

NOTE: Having a car is a must.
