Job Description:
Analyze statistics and provide management team with KPIs that will assist with efficiency, scheduling
Key Licensee Contact – work closely with licensees on ensuring that customer issues are handled properly
Assist in answering consumer calls and emails for the four retail divisions and store phone lines
Sales (Perform account level research and advise customer of products and services that may benefit them)
Stay abreast of all changes, developments and enhancements for all systems, products and upgrades
Actively listens to our customers and team to understand needs

Stay up to date on all changes, developments and enhancements for all systems, products, and upgrades

Requirements:
Good analytical skills to understand the business objectives of software products
Strong attention to details
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Arabic)
Ability to prepare synthetic management reports and dashboards
Outstanding decision making and problem solving skills
Strong relationship building and team management and leading skills
Customer focused
