Head Of Marketing
Job Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in demand generation across B2B and B2C marketing channels
- Ability to understand and execute the key elements necessary to sell in education
- Excellent leadership skills
- Good understanding of product design, UI & UX practices, analysis of user funnel throughout a large platform
- Passion for marketing and learning
- Demonstrated ability to hire, grow and manage a team
- Data-driven decision making abilities (experience with Excel, SQL, etc.)
- Fluency in Arabic and English
Knowledge and experience in:
PPC, Social media, Search Engine Optimization, content marketing, video marketing and other relevant marketing tools (KISSmetrics, Optimizely, MailChimp, etc.) and best practices
with a sales team
Marketing and selling education products and services to MENA-based audiences
Previous experience with Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn and YouTube ads required
Run marketing campaigns both online and offline especially in key territories
Strong communication and organizational skills
Education:
- Degree or equivalent experience: BA/BS in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
- A minimum of 10 years of work experience in the field of marketing and demand generation. Experience in sales a strong plus.
- Startup experience preferred
- Digital tools certifications preferred
