DEPUTY CHIEF OF PARTY, SYRIA RESILIENCE CONSORTIUM

Post graduate degree in relevant field; Extensive expertise in resilience and inclusion programming (Gender, Age and Disability)
8 or more years humanitarian experience with minimum 3 years senior management experience in resilience programming or related field
Fluent oral and written English; Excellent writing skills
Proven record in building and maintaining relationship with a variety of stakeholders including host actors, donors, partners and local organizations
Experience in Syria or the MENA region
Strong knowledge on establish cash-based programs
Extensive technical knowledge in resilience and gender programming required
Technical knowledge in cash programming, livelihoods, agriculture programming desired
