Junior SAP Support Executive

Job Responsibilities

Develop a good understanding of our SAP landscape to provide the best support possible.
Act as first level support to receive, validate and categorize the reported issues.
Logging incidents, and service requests in SAP IT Service Management system (ITSM).
Route or escalate the reported cases to the designated team members.
Follow up with our onsite and offshore support teams to ensure the resolution of reported issues within the agreed SLA.
Ensuring that proper procedures and approvals are in place before certain actions like user creations or projects creation are done.
Support the team in extracting statistical reports for audit and governance purposes.
