Live Operations Officer

The Job

As a LiveOps & Monetization Officer, you will play a significant role in development and enhancement of the gaming experience for millions of people from all around the world, and you will work together with a
team that is dedicated to delivering the best service to our players. As a part of the LiveOps & Monetization team at Jawaker, you will be part of a highly creative and focused team where many different disciplines
work closely together on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

Delivering limited time events which push players to play in new ways to generate higher engagement and retention
Deliver new content for the game to keep our players engaged and excited while managing content creation costs
Analyze data to provide clear reports about engagement, behavior, monetization and retention
Create bundles of items for targeted customers and price them appropriately
Manage events and the content calendar
Monitor daily stats and customer support trends and make assessments and adjustments to products with urgency as required
Define player segments based on behavioral data

Requirements

Adaptable and able to handle multiple tasks and priorities
Motivated to learn new things about players and driven to improve themselves
Ability to objectively interpret customer/community feedback and make actionable recommendations
Modesty and respect when receiving feedback from your team
Passionate about gaming
Positive attitude and a collaborative spirit
Having a background in games or being an avid gamer is a plus!
Ability to think outside yourself and put yourself in the shoes of our varying demographics
Excellent analytical skills and full proficiency of Excel/SQL is a plus
