Documentation & Customer Service Officer
Responsibilities:
· Providing customer support by attending to customers’ requests & inquiries for Import & Export Shipments.
· Ensure accurate and timely handling of the documentation process for RORO, General Cargo, and Container Shipments, through manifest checking, customers’ notifications, amendments, inserting to Asycoda, dealing with releases, etc.
· Handle the operational aspect of the ISO Tanks & Containers (Import & Export).
· Handle the delivery orders process.
· Calculating customers’ invoices and receiving payments.
Qualifications:
· Up to 2 years in Shipping & Logistics.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Very Good English Language Skills.
