A retail company is looking to hire a secretary.
Role Description
This is a full-time Secretary role located in Amman. The Secretary will be responsible for providing administrative support to the organization’s employees, including managing schedules, arranging meetings, and handling travel arrangements. Other job duties may include order office supplies, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and filing paperwork.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience in an administrative or secretarial role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities
- Positive attitude and high level of professionalism
- Experience working in an international or multicultural environment is a plus
