Job Opportunity: Human Resources Officer (Amman, Jordan)
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Human Resources Officer to join our team in Amman, Jordan. If you are a dedicated HR professional with a passion for talent management and a deep understanding of Jordanian labor laws, we want to hear from you!
Qualifications and Skills:
– Education: BSc/BA in business administration, social studies, or a relevant field; further training will be a plus.
– Experience: Proven experience as an HR officer or in another HR position.
– HR Knowledge: Proficiency in HR functions such as recruitment, training & development, and more.
– Legal Expertise: Understanding of Jordanian labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
– Organizational Skills: Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
– Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
– Ethical Values: Strong ethics and reliability.
– Credentials: HR Credentials will be a plus.
