Position: Customer Complaints Officer

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Customer Complaints Officer to join our team. If you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, high analytical and problem solving skills, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity!

Requirements:

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in handling customers complaints
– B.S degree in Business Administration or any relevant field

Key Responsibilities:

– Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally
– Maintain accurate records of complaints and resolutions
– Collaborate with various departments to address customer issues
– Provide feedback to the CEO with slrecommendations to improve customer satisfaction.
