Procurement Officer – CITY MALL

Requirements of the role:
§ Must have Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Industrial engineering or any related field.
§ 1-5 years as procurement officer or related work experience.
Responsibilities:
§ Interact and collaborate with internal stakeholders from Operations, Finance, IT, Sales, Marketing, and other functional business areas.
§ Control and implement all activities related to the purchasing department .
§ Preparing and following up the purchase documents and ensuring the completion of all required purchases according to the required quantities and specifications at the best prices and speed of delivery.
§ Coordination with the concerned departments and the financial department .
§ Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
§ Create and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers.
§ Review and analyze all vendors/suppliers, supply, and price options.
§ Maintain and update a list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development.

Must have bachelor’s degree in Industrial engineer.
Must have 1 – 3 years’ experience in related filed.
High proficiency spoken and written in English and Arabic
Responsibilities:
Responsible for developing, documenting reviewing, and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) they are up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with the organization’s goals, policies, and regulatory requirements.
Train employees on new policies and procedures.
Managing and maintaining all audit, folders, files up to date by following up and ensuring proper audit scheduling coordination and timely replies follow up.
Managing supporting tasks : presentations, reporting
