High Force Engineering Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our sales team and customers.
As a Sales Support Engineer, you will be responsible for:
Office based technical sales support to customers enquiries and leads.
Serves customers by identifying their needs and engineering adaptations of products, tools, and services.
Preparation of customer proposals.
Preparation of tender responses and requests for quotations.
Handling of initial enquiries.
Collation of information for proposals and tender responses.
Assisting with proposal preparation / supporting tender submissions.
Providing bid management function on large bids and tenders.
Collation and issuance of “Approval” documentation.
Pre-submission – validation of proposals in line with authority levels.
Commercial support (terms and conditions including contract negotiations in conjunction with Sales Manager).
Producing data for reporting for Business Managers and Management.
Prepares cost estimates by studying all related customer documents, consulting with engineers and other professional personnel.
Determines improvements by analyzing cost-benefit ratios of equipment, supplies, or service applications in customer environment and engineering or proposing changes in equipment, processes, or use of materials or services.
Prepares sales engineering reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information and engineering and application trends.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
Negotiation skills.
Computer skills.
Proposals preparation.
Email communication skills.
Customer relationship.
1-3 years of experience in a relevant field.
BA/BS University degree in Engineering.
Excellent command / highly proficient in spoken and written English.
Good Co-Ordination and commutations skills.
Good team player.
Experience in sales would be advantageous.
